The North Exchange website announced yesterday the decision to terminate the review of the public offering of shares and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange of Wendoli Sunshade Materials Co., Ltd. Wendoli plans to raise 132 million yuan, which will be used for a project to produce 2.8 million square meters of high-efficiency energy-saving green building shade materials per year and for supplementary working capital.
