China Aerospace Star Chart: Star Chart and Control provides measurement and control services for the 11 stars in the constellation of Jilin 04.

According to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, at 00:31 on August 9th, Beijing time, China's Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center successfully launched the Jielong-3 carrier rocket near the sea area of Rizhao, Shandong. The GILISAT-04 group of satellites were successfully launched into orbit, and the satellites entered the designated orbit smoothly. The launch mission was a complete success. Star Chart Control, a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, provided control services for the 11 satellites of the GILISAT-04 group.
