Approximately 60% of the areas affected by the flash floods in Yuzhong, Gansu Province have had their power restored.

Continuous heavy rain in Yuzhong, Lanzhou, Gansu Province triggered flash floods. Rescue work continues to progress, as of midnight on August 9th, about sixty percent of the affected areas have restored power, and it is planned to complete all power restoration work on the 10th.
