Net profit was 81.5471 million yuan, a decrease of 26.97% year-on-year. The company initiated the acquisition of four new energy companies, including Longneng Electric Power, Wolong Energy Storage, Wolong Hydrogen Energy, and Shunfeng Electric Power, in January 2025 and completed the acquisition in March, integrating them into the consolidated financial statements.
