The expected decrease in loss is mainly attributed to the recognition of impairment losses on developed properties and prepayments of RMB 51 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024; and the implementation of cost control measures within the group for the six months ending June 30, 2025, resulting in a reduction in administrative expenses.
