Donghua Software (002065.SZ) subsidiary plans to invest in the establishment of Hetian Donghua Kunlun Cloud Technology Co., Ltd.

Tencent Finance APP News, Eastcom (002065.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eastern Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Eastern Cloud"), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Eastern Collaborative Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Collaborative Technology"), plan to jointly invest RMB 50 million in setting up "Hotan Eastern Kunlun Cloud Technology Co., Ltd." (referred to as "Eastern Kunlun Cloud") with their own funds. Among them, Eastern Cloud will invest RMB 49.5 million with its own funds, accounting for 99% of the registered capital; Collaborative Technology will invest RMB 500,000 with its own funds, accounting for 1% of the registered capital.
