443 people trapped in Yuzhong, Gansu have been rescued.

On the evening of August 8th, a press conference was held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province to introduce the rescue situation of the flash flood disaster in Yuzhong. According to the press conference, after the disaster happened, Gansu Provincial Fire and Rescue Team, Forest Fire Brigade and National Northwest Regional Emergency Rescue Center immediately activated the emergency response plan and dispatched a total of 717 firefighters from Lanzhou, Baiyin, Dingxi, Linxia, Lanzhou New Area, and Xunbao, as well as 7 search and rescue dogs and 16 boats to the disaster area for emergency rescue. Currently, 443 trapped people have been rescued, and the search and rescue work is still ongoing intensively.
