Implement the extended maternity leave, nursing leave, and childcare leave system stipulated in the "Regulations on Population and Family Planning of Shaanxi Province" and the "Notice of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee and Xi'an Municipal People's Government on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Optimizing Fertility Policies in Xi'an Municipality to Promote Long-term Balanced Development of the Population", effectively guaranteeing workers' holiday benefits. Support all employers to explore the implementation of a more flexible and convenient maternity leave system for caring for infants and young children, strengthen human care for employees, help employees better balance work and family relationships, promote fair employment and career development. Safeguard the rights and interests of families with only one child, encourage employers to arrange leave for their children according to the provisions of Shaanxi Province on parental care leave for parents of only children who hold household registration in other provinces and cities and whose children work in Xi'an.
