On August 8, 2025, the company's subsidiary, Guangdong Exploration Automobile, signed a Guangdong Enze Equity Investment Agreement with Guangdong Enze and Enze Fund to increase the registered capital of Guangdong Enze to support the company's strategic planning in the hydrogen production field and further expand the hydrogen market.
