Turkish Airlines disclosed in regulatory documents on the 7th that it plans to submit a binding minority stake investment offer to Europa Airlines. The decision was made after conducting non-binding negotiations and internal feasibility studies. Turkish Airlines stated that the transaction aims to expand its business in the Latin American region.
