Henan: Strengthening financial subsidies for enterprises' research and development investment.

The People's Government of Henan Province has issued a notice on the implementation of several policy measures to support technology innovation in enterprises in Henan Province. The measures propose to implement the "open bidding for key technologies in major industries" approach. They support innovative enterprises in identifying major key technology needs, publicly releasing a list of over 100 "open bidding for key technologies" projects each year, and striving to break through more than 200 key core technologies in key industry chains with the help of domestic and foreign innovative resources. The support amount for a single project should generally not be less than 10 million yuan.
