Huaxia Happiness: Ping An Life Insurance plans to reduce its stake by 3%.

Country Garden announces that Ping An Life Insurance and Ping An Asset Management, as concerted parties, jointly hold 986 million shares, accounting for 25.1865% of the shares. They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 117 million shares, or no more than 3%, between September 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025; of which block trading will not exceed 78.2744 million shares, and concentrated bidding will not exceed 39.1372 million shares.
