Power Diamond Announcement: Prior to the initial public offering, the former employee stock holding platform, Shangqiu Huili Diamond Technology Service Center, holds 6.384 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.51%. It plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 3.168 million shares, accounting for 1.25%, within 3 months after the announcement disclosure date through a combination of centralized bidding, block trading, or a combination of both. The proportion of reduction through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1%, and through block trading shall not exceed 2%.
