ST Kaida: The company and related personnel have received a warning letter from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau.
ST Kelida announced that the company recently received a warning letter from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau. After investigation, in 2022, the company's accounts receivable and contract asset credit risks related to Zhengshang Group increased significantly. However, the company failed to fully assess signs of impairment of accounts receivable and contract assets, resulting in insufficient provision for impairment of related accounts receivable and contract assets. Chairman Gu Yiming and CFO Sun Zhenhua are primarily responsible for the company's above-mentioned violations. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to take administrative regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to the company, Gu Yiming, and Sun Zhenhua, and recording them in the integrity files of the securities and futures market.
