Continuous numbers have been included in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index.
Global renowned index provider MSCI announced today the results of the index quarterly review for August 2025. In this adjustment, LianLian Digital is included in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index. This adjustment will take effect after the close of trading on August 26. LianLian Digital is a leader in the Chinese digital payment solutions market and an enabler of global trade digitization, and is one of the first Chinese digital technology companies to provide comprehensive payment solutions globally. As of December 31, 2024, LianLian Digital has obtained 65 global payment licenses and related qualifications, serving over 5.9 million customers, covering over 100 countries and regions, and supporting transactions in over 130 currencies. Being included in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index is significant for LianLian Digital. Firstly, it will attract more attention from international investors and enhance the company's international reputation. Secondly, index funds and passive funds typically invest based on index constituents, so inclusion in the index is expected to bring in more passive funds. In addition, being included in the index also helps to improve the company's market liquidity and create more value for shareholders.
