BaoLong Real Estate announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the group's contract sales revenue and contract sales area in July 2025 were approximately RMB 582 million and 57,086 square meters, respectively. The group's total contract sales revenue and total contract sales area for the seven months ending July 31, 2025 were approximately RMB 4.305 billion and 373,804 square meters, respectively.
