Green City China Announcement: The company expects that the net profit attributable to shareholders in the mid-term of 2025 will decrease by about 90% compared to the same period in 2024, mainly due to the uneven distribution of delivery pace in the first and second half of 2025, with a year-on-year decline in turnover and revenue in the first half. In addition, the company will continue to actively promote the clearance of long inventory this year, and will recognize impairment losses on related assets in the mid-term of 2025, affecting the net profit attributable to shareholders. In the first half of the year, the group continued to optimize its debt structure, reducing short-term liabilities, with the proportion of short-term debt lower than 20%, reaching a historic low. At the same time, the company has sufficient cash reserves, with a cash-to-short-term debt ratio of more than 2.5 times, reaching a historic high, ensuring overall safe and stable operation.
