Among them: 1) The company and its controlling subsidiaries achieved a total signed area of 26,500 square meters (including underground parking lots) with a signed amount of 370 million yuan. 2) The company's cooperative projects achieved a total signed area of 29,200 square meters (including underground parking lots) with a signed amount of 401 million yuan. From January to July 2025, the company achieved a total signed area of 776,300 square meters; and a signed amount of 12.179 billion yuan.
