Hubei launches automobile aftermarket consumption vouchers in central China.

On August 7th, the Hubei Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference for the "Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns" New Energy Vehicle Consumption Season of "Buy in China 2025". Li Xiaoyan, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Commerce, introduced that in order to continue to unleash the potential of new energy vehicle consumption and accelerate the cultivation of new growth points in automobile consumption, the province will launch the "Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns" New Energy Vehicle Consumption Season on August 9th. This is the first stop of the Ministry of Commerce's 2025 "Thousand Counties, Ten Thousand Towns" New Energy Vehicle Consumption Season at the local level. To further drive the consumption of bulk commodities, Xiaogan has introduced a special subsidy policy for trading in old cars for new ones, with the highest subsidies for scrapping and replacing new energy vehicles being able to receive an additional subsidy of 2500 yuan and 3000 yuan respectively on top of the national subsidies. During this period, the province will also issue a total of 100 million yuan in 2025 "Hubei Purchase Benefits" summer retail and catering consumption vouchers, which include vouchers for automobile aftermarket consumption. This is the first time in the central region that automobile aftermarket vouchers have been issued, providing discounts for consumers to purchase tires, engine oil, and other automobile maintenance and repair products, promoting the entire chain of automobile consumption.
