(hereinafter referred to as "Golden Bean Intelligent Technology"), with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, funded by the company and Yaoyigou Technology Group's own funds. The company holds 100% equity of Golden Bean Intelligent Technology through direct shareholding and indirect shareholding among its subsidiaries.
