Five departments issue "Notice on Promoting the Standard Construction and High-Quality Development of Chemical Industrial Parks"

The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the General Office of the Ministry of Transport, and the General Office of the Ministry of Emergency Management have issued a notice on promoting the standardized construction and high-quality development of chemical parks. It mentions that the relevant provincial-level chemical park certification management agencies should organize a competitive analysis of third-level and intelligent initial-level chemical parks, diagnose problems in weaknesses and deficiencies, and formulate specialized transformation plans by the end of 2025 to supervise and guide the benchmarking transformation and upgrading of relevant chemical parks. Furthermore, it supports the improvement and promotion of second-level competitive and intelligent upgrades of chemical parks in areas such as innovation drive, green low-carbon, sustainable development, and intelligent transformation.
