The issuance size of this tranche of bonds is 6 billion Chinese yuan, with a face value and issuance price of 100 yuan per unit. This tranche of bonds includes two varieties, a three-year term variety and a five-year term variety. The final issuance size of the three-year term variety is 3 billion yuan, with a final coupon rate of 1.79%; the final issuance size of the five-year term variety is 3 billion yuan, with a final coupon rate of 1.90%. The funds raised from the issuance of this tranche of bonds will be used to supplement the company's operating capital.
