Taobao Flash Sale Customer Service Response System Malfunction

Reporters found that today, many users on various social media platforms have expressed that Taobao flash sale was "down". Some users claimed that "meals that are currently being delivered are also shown to be outside the delivery range", making it impossible to use the delivery service; other users stated that after placing an order, they waited for an hour without a delivery driver accepting the order, and the order could not be canceled. In response to this, Taobao flash sale's official customer service stated that there was a system error in the app, and it is currently being restored gradually.
