The Hainan Airport announced that the company has received the decision of the State Administration for Market Regulation on not further investigating the acquisition of shares of Hainan Meilan International Airport Co., Ltd. by Hainan Airport Facilities Co., Ltd., and the company is allowed to proceed with the acquisition. Approval or record-filing procedures from relevant departments such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange are still required for this transaction.
