World Steel Association: the indirect export volume of steel from 74 countries/regions has increased to 392 million tons, an increase of 23%.

On August 7, the World Steel Association released data on indirect steel trade. Between 2013 and 2023, the indirect steel exports of the 74 countries/regions analyzed increased from 319 million tons to 392 million tons, an increase of 23%. In 2023, the volume of indirect steel trade is equivalent to 95% of direct exports.
