On August 7th, at noon, Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company announced that Long Yan Instrument has expressed his intention to retire as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in May 2026. Shi Shihua, the current Group Financial Director of the Company's affiliated company, Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, will take over as Chief Financial Officer of the Company when Long Yan Instrument retires. The above retirement and appointment will take effect on a date to be announced separately by the Company.
