According to the official Weibo account of Chengdu, from August 7th to August 17th, the 12th World Games of Chengdu 2025 will be held. In order to showcase the tourism image of Sichuan in welcoming the World Games, A-level tourist attractions in Sichuan have launched a series of preferential policies for athletes, staff, volunteers, and other groups participating in the World Games. It is reported that a total of 104 attractions are participating in this event, including 13 5A-level attractions such as Jiuzhaigou, Qingcheng Mountain-Dujiangyan, Emei Mountain, and Jianmen Pass, as well as 91 4A-level attractions such as the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Shunan Bamboo Sea, and Baishan Grand Canyon. The preferential policies include free first admission tickets, discounts on cable cars and sightseeing buses, among others.
