On August 7th, Alli Communication released a smaller size new model of Qwen3-4B-Instruct-2507 and Qwen3-4B-Thinking-2507. According to Alli Communication, in the non-reasoning field, Qwen3-4B-Instruct-2507 has surpassed the closed-source GPT4.1-Nano in all aspects; in the reasoning field, Qwen3-4B-Thinking-2507 can even rival the medium-sized Qwen3-30B-A3B (thinking). The new models have now been officially open-sourced on the MoDa Community and HuggingFace.
