According to a land registration document, the hedge fund Point72 Asset Management's subsidiary in Hong Kong has rented two additional units on the 26th floor of Henderson in Central; this is a flagship office building developed by Henderson Land Development. The company earlier rented 55,000 square feet of space about six months ago.
