On the afternoon of August 9, a new real estate project in Hanyang District, Wuhan City, held its first opening. The 186 housing units that were offered were sold out on the same day, making it another "sold out as soon as it opened" project in Wuhan since June. The person in charge of the Housing and Urban Renewal Bureau of Hanyang District, Wuhan City, stated that they are exploring the comprehensive use of various regulation tools to address the bottleneck in the real estate market circulation, and promoting further stability of the Wuhan real estate market by increasing local transactions.
