Winthorpe Enterprise Holdings (02195.HK) plans to acquire all the shares of New Noble Construction for 35 million Hong Kong dollars.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Yinghui Enterprise Holdings (02195.HK) announced that on August 6, 2025, the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the seller Mr. Yuan Jianwei and the target company Xingui Construction entered into a sales agreement. The buyer conditionally agreed to acquire and the seller conditionally agreed to sell all the equity of the target company, with a total price of 35 million Hong Kong dollars. The payment will be made through the company and the buyer to the seller or its representative through the issuance of consideration shares and the issuance of promissory notes upon completion or any other date agreed upon in writing by the contracting parties.
