Latest progress of Guangzhou mountain landslide rescue: 8 people have been rescued, search and rescue work is still ongoing.

At around 8:30 am on August 6th, due to days of heavy rain causing a landslide, houses were damaged in the Huangzhuang area of Dayuan Village, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. After journalists confirmed through multiple channels, at around 5:45 pm today, another trapped person was rescued from the landslide rescue site. So far, a total of 8 trapped individuals have been rescued at the scene. Currently, the on-site rescue work is still ongoing.
