Chinese Photovoltaic Industry Association: Soliciting opinions on the Draft Amendment of the Price Law.

The China Photovoltaic Industry Association announced that the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation have researched and drafted the "Price Law Amendment Draft" and have recently opened it to the public for feedback. In order to fully reflect the demands of the photovoltaic industry companies, the China Photovoltaic Industry Association is now openly collecting opinions and suggestions on the "Price Law Amendment Draft" from all units. Relevant units are requested to provide feedback on the draft based on the actual situation of the photovoltaic industry, focusing on aspects such as price behavior norms, price control mechanisms, price supervision and inspection, legal responsibilities, and other areas, and to propose modifications, suggestions, and reasons for the draft.
