Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, internet data services, contract energy management, energy saving management services, solar power technology services, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is wholly owned by Jiangsu Kaituo Information and System Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Runhe Software and others.
