Tianjin promotes the construction of commercial systems in 9 key district and county areas, achieving full coverage of commercial outlets at the county, township, and village levels.

According to the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, our city will make high-level progress in the construction of rural commercial systems, focusing on Wuqing District, Baodi District, Jinghai District, Ninghe District, Jizhou District, Xiqing District, Jinnan District, Beichen District and Binhai New District, where the commercial facility infrastructure is relatively weak. The commercial facility network will be improved and the efficiency of logistics distribution will be enhanced. Currently, the coverage rate of county-level commercial outlets in these 9 districts has reached 100%, and the rural commercial system based on county towns, towns, and villages has been basically completed.
