After a slight adjustment at the end of July, the A-share market has regained its momentum in the past two trading days. As of the close on August 5th, the three major stock indexes in A-shares all closed higher, with the Shanghai Composite Index once again surpassing the 3600-point mark and hitting a new closing high for the year. Looking ahead to the market in August, many securities professionals are relatively optimistic, believing that the A-share market may show a "suppress first, then rise" trend, with indexes likely to continue reaching new highs for the year; in terms of styles, there may be potential rebound opportunities in the technology and growth sectors. In terms of allocation, TMT, military, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors are favored, with domestic computing power and AI application sectors still having potential for additional price increases.
