On August 5, 2025, Jinstone No.1 and Baojinstone No.1 respectively acquired 12.0114 million shares and 6.0057 million shares of the company from Zhang Hongjun through an agreement transfer method, accounting for 10.00% and 5.00% of the total share capital of the company.
