Crystal Technology: Signs contract with DoveTree for a total order size of approximately 47 billion Hong Kong dollars.

On August 5th, Crystal Technology announced that it had signed a pipeline cooperation agreement with DoveTree with a total order size of approximately 47 billion Hong Kong dollars, and had received an initial payment of about 400 million Hong Kong dollars as stipulated in the agreement. According to the terms of the agreement, Crystal Technology and DoveTree have reached a cooperation on multiple large molecule and small molecule innovative drug assets in the preclinical stage, and will conduct new drug research and development targeting a series of specified targets by DoveTree, which has exclusive global development and commercialization rights to the related drugs. In return, in addition to the initial payment, Crystal Technology also has the right to receive approximately 385 million Hong Kong dollars in further payments, as well as potential milestone payments and sales proceeds totaling approximately 46.2 billion Hong Kong dollars. This cooperation sets a new record in the field of artificial intelligence + robotics in new drug research and development orders.
