Tianyancha App shows that recently, Chongqing Huahui Paint Co., Ltd. has undergone changes in its business registration, with Beijing Xiaomi Smart Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise and Guangzhou Kaideshixing Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise being added as shareholders. The registered capital has increased from approximately 27.78 million RMB to approximately 31.67 million RMB. The company was established in August 1999, with Wang Ping as the legal representative. Its business scope includes storage services, paint manufacturing, and paint sales. Shareholder information shows that the company is currently held by Wang Ping, BYD, and the aforementioned new shareholders.
