Shandong Haihua: Intends to acquire 29% equity of Zhongyan Alkali Industry with a total investment of 2.32 billion yuan.

Shandong Haihua announced on the evening of August 5th that the company has reached a cooperation intention with China National Salt Jiaye, China National Salt Chemical and Inner Mongolia Salt Group, and signed a cooperation investment framework agreement. According to the agreement, the company plans to use its own funds to acquire 29% equity of China National Salt Jiaye through an increase in capital and listing and delisting method, with a total investment of 2.32 billion yuan.
