Qingdao: Introducing facilitation measures in the field of imports of energy and mineral products.

The Qingdao Municipal Government Office recently issued the "2025 Qingdao Cross-border Trade Facilitation Special Action Plan." The Plan mentions that measures will be introduced to facilitate customs clearance of agricultural and food products, import of energy and mineral products, and air transportation of electrical goods, allowing enterprises to enjoy more policy dividends. Expanding financial services for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, increasing insurance coverage for eligible enterprises; implementing measures such as mutual exemption, unilateral exemption, and 240-hour transit visa exemption, optimizing border inspection and quarantine processes; actively implementing actions to effectively reduce the overall logistics costs of society and crackdown on the special action of indiscriminate charges to enterprises, vigorously investigating and punishing illegal pricing behaviors in the import and export process to reduce cross-border logistics costs.
