Tibet: Expected to achieve the third one trillion goal this year.

Wang Junzheng, the secretary of the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region, introduced that by 2024, the region's gross domestic product will reach 276.5 billion yuan, which is 155 times that of 1965 when calculated at constant prices, with an average annual growth rate of 8.9%; local fiscal revenue will reach 27.7 billion yuan, which is 1,258 times that of 1965, with an average annual growth rate of 12.9%. Wang Junzheng said that in the 60 years of development, the region's GDP reached the first hundred billion in 50 years, while it only took 6 years to reach the second hundred billion. This year, the region's GDP is expected to exceed 300 billion yuan, reaching the goal of the third hundred billion.
