According to the official website of the Fujian Provincial People's Government, the "Implementation Opinions of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Fujian Provincial People's Government on Promoting High-Quality and Sufficient Employment in an All-Round Way" was released to the public on August 5th. It proposes to improve the industrial employment coordination system, develop new productive forces according to local conditions, build a billion-dollar industrial cluster and feature industry chain with synergy between upstream and downstream, large, medium, and small enterprises. It emphasizes the role of leading enterprises in driving employment, encourages small and medium-sized enterprises to develop productive and service industries around leading enterprises, establishes an industrial employment community, creates more high-quality employment opportunities, and stabilizes the employment scale of the industrial chain. It supports labor-intensive industries in absorbing and stabilizing employment, cultivates and constructs a number of industries and parks with high employment density, capacity, and quality, and increases support in terms of financial funds and government investments. It implements the "Ten Actions for Rural Revitalization", cultivating and strengthening agricultural specialty industries, enhancing the attractiveness of agricultural employment. It also carries out a special action to expand and improve the quality of the service industry to promote employment, expanding the employment capacity of the tertiary industry. The policy of one-time stability and employment subsidy is implemented to support key enterprises in stabilizing and expanding employment.
