China Real Estate Association: Enhance the association's connection with enterprises and promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized real estate companies.

On August 4, the China Real Estate Industry Association issued a notice to support the healthy development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, solve the development difficulties of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, play the role of the association as a bridge and link, and form a long-term service mechanism for the association to serve the enterprises. Each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government's real estate associations are requested to recommend small and medium-sized real estate development enterprises. The recommended small and medium-sized real estate development enterprises will enjoy the following services: reflecting the policy demands of enterprises: for the small and medium-sized real estate development enterprises included, the China Real Estate Industry Association will regularly organize research and promptly reflect the policy demands of enterprises to government departments; providing financial services: the China Real Estate Industry Association will establish a financing docking mechanism and give priority to recommend enterprises to financial institutions as reference for financing; promoting the sales of real estate enterprises: the China Real Estate Industry Association will support the selected enterprises to use the direct sales platform for commercial housing sales; improving the enterprise supply chain: the China Real Estate Industry Association will improve the cooperation mechanism between small and medium-sized real estate development enterprises and large material suppliers through the optimal procurement platform to promote the cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
