Zhonghui Biology: Postponed listing due to heavy rain.

China Biologic Products-B announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that due to the black rainstorm warning and extreme weather conditions on the morning of August 5, 2025, the expected global offering timetable as stated in the prospectus and formal announcement will be postponed accordingly. The global offering will adopt an updated expected timetable, with expected shares to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on August 11, 2025.
