The US ITC issues a final ruling on Part 337 of charging batteries and their components.

On August 4th, the United States International Trade Commission announced that a partial final ruling was issued on certain rechargeable batteries and their components: the administrative law judge's initial ruling made on July 3, 2025 will not be reviewed, based on a settlement, terminating the investigation on the named defendants Clean Republic SODO LLC of Seattle, WA, MillerTech Energy Solutions LLC of Middlefield, OH, Shenzhen Fbtech Electronics LTD. of China, and Shenzhen LiTime Technology Co., LTD of China.
