According to the financial news app 36kr, it was reported that Bullish is seeking to raise up to $629.3 million in its initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. The company is an operator of a digital asset trading platform and also the owner of the media platform CoinDesk. According to documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, the company plans to issue 20.3 million shares at a price of $28 to $31 per share. At the upper end of this price range, Bullish's market value could reach as high as $4.2 billion.
