According to the agreement, the partners have agreed to provide a maximum of 3 million US dollars in financial assistance and provide or make reasonable efforts to facilitate their affiliates to provide guarantees totaling up to 15 million US dollars. The maximum amount of financial assistance and the maximum guarantee amount under the guarantee totaled 18 million US dollars.
