The actual controllers, Wang Youli and Huang Weihong, as well as the controlling shareholder Fengli Transmission, intend to collectively subscribe for the issuance of no less than 70 million yuan (including this amount) and no more than 140 million yuan (including this amount) in cash. Wang Youli and Huang Weihong will participate in the subscription of the shares in this issuance with the same quantity and amount.
