China Nuclear Energy Technology (00611.HK) subsidiary signs energy storage system equipment procurement agreement and construction agreement.

The Zhitong Finance APP was informed that China Nuclear Energy Technology (00611.HK) announced on August 4, 2025 that Nanjing Zhonghe (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Far East Energy (as a supplier) had entered into an energy storage system equipment purchase agreement. Under this agreement, Nanjing Zhonghe agreed to purchase and Far East Energy agreed to sell a certain amount of energy storage system equipment at a purchase price of RMB 141.6 million; and entered into a construction contract with Hebei Jingxia (as a contractor) for installation and construction services with a contract amount of RMB 63.36 million.
